A useful review starts with your own experience.

Help someone choose their next place to work. Share what went well, what could be better, and what they should know before visiting.

Write about a real visit

Sign in with Google or an email link, choose a public display name and rate the venue from 1 to 5. Describe your own experience with the desks, atmosphere, internet, service or other work-related details. Signing in verifies your account, not that you visited the venue. Month of visit is optional.

Keep it independent and respectful

Do not review a venue you own, work for or are otherwise affiliated with. Do not submit invented experiences, copied Google reviews, advertising, paid or incentivised reviews, threats, discriminatory abuse or someone else’s private information. Criticism and low ratings are welcome when they describe a genuine experience respectfully.

What moderation means

Reviews are held privately until a directory administrator checks them against these guidelines. The same standards apply to positive and negative reviews. A low rating alone is not a reason to reject a review. Moderators may publish, withhold or remove a review, but do not rewrite its rating or wording. Venue owners cannot approve visitor reviews or remove criticism through their owner account. Signing in does not automatically grant venue ownership or moderator access.

Your name, email and review

Your chosen display name, rating, title, review, publication date and optional visit month appear publicly after publication. Your account email and private moderation records are not public. Administrators can use account details to handle moderation and support. See our privacy policy.

Editing and withdrawal

Return to the venue page while signed in to edit or withdraw your review. An edit sends the review back to moderation and temporarily removes its published version. Withdrawal removes it from public view and ratings immediately; you can resubmit it later. Private records may be retained for moderation and abuse prevention. Contact us for account or data-removal requests.

Platform ratings and Google Maps

Our community rating is the average of currently published reviews submitted here. Pending, rejected and withdrawn reviews are excluded. Google Maps reviews remain on Google and are linked separately; their ratings are never mixed into our community average.

Our own workspace

Coworking Prilep and this directory share ownership. That relationship is disclosed on its page. Owners and affiliated directory staff cannot submit visitor reviews for it, and its reviews are excluded from review and aggregate-rating rich-result markup.

Report a problem or appeal a decision

Email coworkingmacedonia@outlook.com with the venue and review details. Explain the guideline concern or factual issue; do not include passwords or identity documents.
