Privacy policy

A short explanation of what happens when you use Coworking Macedonia or submit a listing.

Information you provide

If you submit a venue or correction, we may receive the contact details and venue information you include. We use it to review, publish, update or respond to the submission.

Listing submissions and owner accounts

Listing submissions, contact details, ownership evidence and draft updates are stored on our server so the directory can review and manage them. Your submission contact email is kept separate from the venue email you intend to publish. When account sign-in is available, we use your email address to send a short-lived sign-in link and set a secure session cookie after you confirm it. Signing in does not automatically verify ownership of a venue. Directory administrators can review ownership requests and listing updates; public pages show only information approved for publication. Contact us if you want to correct or remove account or submission information.

Sign-in email delivery uses Resend when enabled. Resend processes the recipient address and message, including the temporary sign-in link, to deliver that email. See Resend’s Privacy Policy for its handling of that information.

Signing in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares a basic identity token with us. We verify it on our server and store your Google account identifier and verified email address to create or recognise your directory account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or your Business Profile. Google's sign-in library loads on account screens where Google sign-in is offered; Google may receive browser and network information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Email sign-in remains available.

You can connect Google to an existing account after signing in to that account. Account access and venue ownership remain separate. Contact us to disconnect Google or remove your directory account.

Contact and analytics

You can browse the public directory and submit a venue without an account. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 may collect limited usage information such as page views, approximate device information and referring pages so we can understand which cities and listings are useful. Account screens do not include our Google Analytics tracking code.

Venue information

Public venue information is collected from official venue sources and other clearly identified sources. Venue owners can request corrections or removal through the listing contact route.

Google Maps links

Venue pages link to business profiles and, where supplied, individual reviews on Google Maps. Reviews are read on Google’s website or app. Opening a link connects you to Google, which may receive information such as your IP address and browser details under the Google Privacy Policy. Our venue pages do not fetch or display Google review text, reviewer photos or Google ratings.
